Giới từ đi kèm động từ, tính từ, danh từ
Dependent prepositions
Những cụm cố định phải học thuộc: depend on, responsible for, interested in, in charge of…
Nhiều động từ, tính từ và danh từ luôn đi với một giới từ cố định. Không có quy tắc chung để đoán, nên cách tốt nhất là học theo cụm. Sau giới từ là danh từ hoặc V-ing (xem V-ing hay to V).

Cụm giới từ hay gặp trong TOEIC
in charge of (phụ trách), on behalf of (thay mặt), in accordance with (theo, phù hợp với), in response to (để đáp lại), in advance (trước), on time (đúng giờ) / in time (kịp lúc), at no extra charge (không tính thêm phí), out of order (hỏng), under construction (đang xây dựng), according to (theo), with regard to (về việc), in addition to (ngoài ra), prior to (trước).
